Exchanges & Returns & Complaints

All orders are professionally packed and checked in our warehouse. If your order suffered damage during the shipping process, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, or the glasses don’t look as good as expected after all? Then please feel free to contact and we will obviously resolve this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of ordering without giving a reason. 14 days return right, please note 14 days return right we received it. You can return your order in its original packaging, in most cases using letter post. We will then exchange the package for you or refund the purchase price within 10 business days.
Return (exchange) shipping costs are at your own expense. Return without a track and trace code is at your own risk.

The right to return and exchange applies only to undamaged, unused and complete sunglasses. Of course, you may view and try on sunglasses as in-store. However, glasses you have worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Also be sure to handle the packaging of the glasses carefully. Glasses that you wish to return or exchange must, as far as reasonably possible, be in their original condition and packaged in the same packaging in which you received them.
